February 2021 Ice Storm Event

For damage or emergency measures within your jurisdiction that occurred as a direct result of the severe weather (ice storm) on or near February 11, 2021 - February 15th, submit an entry for each category of damage per facility or location (Note: Damage within the right-of-way may be considered a single location).
Initial damage information must be submitted by close of business on February 25th for inclusion in the County's report to the State. Each jurisdiction should use a single existing or new account to submit damage reports. Reports cannot be edited after submittal, so it is important to avoid duplicated entries or significant errors.
